Shipping & Order Processing

Most orders are shipped out within 1-3 business days, processed Monday through Friday. Orders received on the weekend or holiday will be processed the following business day. This does not include National Holidays and Peak Holiday Season - November 1 to January 15.

Shipping

1800electronics.com ships via USPS and does not assume responsibilty for delays in transit time, updated status on tracking or for orders showing "delivered" that are lost. Shipping status and tracking information can be found in your account when logged in. Orders are shipped via USPS, FedEX, or UPS and are accompanied by a standard tracking service. Once a new electronics order is shipped an automated email containing a tracking number and carrier information will be sent out to the email address provided at checkout.

Payments are accepted via most online checkout portals and services. 1800electronics.com accepts most credit card companies. Pricing, Items & Promotion are subject to change without notice.

Returns & Replacements

Every electronics purchase receives a standard 30-day warranty, additional warranties and service plans may be purchased individually for most electronics. Every order is subjected to thorough quality controll prior to shipment, while very rare, defects may sometimes occur. Should you experience any problem, please contact 1800electronics.com support team immediately, we will be more than happy to assist you and make it right. Remember, 1800electronics.com prides itself with having some of the best trained support personnel in the electronics retail industry.

Order Cancellations, Returns, & Exchanges

Upon receiving a return authorization via e-mail please return your item with tracking for proof of delivery. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility. We recommend that you return items via UPS, insured USPS, or FedEx . Refunds will be credited to the original credit card. The item must be received in the condition it was sent for both refund or an exchange. Liability for lost or damaged items belongs to the customers.

Cancellations

If you would like to cancel your order please do so within 1 business day as orders may have already shipped. Cancellations will be charged a fee of 15%. Warranties and shipping costs may not be refunded.

Returns

Please e-mail for RMA information, indicating you are requesting a refund. Please allow up to 12 business days for refunds to be processed. Include all information as requested in RMA. Returns will be charged a fee of 25%, warranties are non-refundable and single items of bundle packs will lose the bundle discount and will be refunded the adjusted price.

Exchanges

Please e-mail for RMA information, indicating you are requesting an exchange. Please allow up to 7 business days for exchanges to be processed. A new tracking will be posted to your account.

Returns & Exchange Terms

30 days for computers, tablets, monitors, projectors, camcorders, digital cameras, GPS, and DVD players. 1800electronics.com reserves the right to deny any return or exchange.

Warranty Information

All of our products are backed by our 30 day warranty. This warranty covers issues such as malfunctions and manufacturer's defects. It does not cover accidental damage.

Extended warranties are available for 1 and 2 years. This warranty is an extended version of the 30 day warranty, covering manufacturer's defects only. Accidental damage such as dropping, breaking, cracked screens, water damage, and the such are not covered.
